Unknown assailants attacked a group of migrants in an abandoned factory near the main port of Patras, western Greece, in the early hours of Friday.
Three migrants were injured in the attack and were transferred to local hospitals for treatment.
According to reports, the suspects arrived by car at the AVEX factory premises, which is used by migrants as temporary shelter.
They attacked the migrants with knives, and one of the victims is seriously injured and hospitalized, at Agios Andreas hospital.
Police say they have arrested four people in connection with the attack, that they suspect is racist-related.
According to Patras Times, police suspect that the ring leader is a man wearing a khaki military-style uniform.
Racist attacks have been on the rise in Patras; whose port has become a major gateway for undocumented migrants and refugees looking to get deeper into the European Union.
