Police arrested a man in connection with a case of the illegal possession of property and a weapon on Wednesday afternoon in Larnaca.
The 27-year-old is the second suspect arrested for this case.
On January 22 officers arrested a 35-year-old man found in the possession of a weapon and what is believed to be stolen property after searching his home. He was remanded for eight days the following day.
A Flobert gun with a silencer, 190 cartridges, a moped believed to be stolen, three bird voice mimicry devices, a large number of power tools with the serial numbers erased and other items were found.
The motorcycle was stolen from a house in the Limassol district in August 2018.
