Thousands of workers all over Cyprus set up barbecues outside offices, shops and other workplaces during the last working day of each year. This has become a traditional way of celebrating the end of the year and spending some time with colleagues and even bystanders before everyone heads home for another round of evening celebrations with family and friends to mark the New Year.
