An amazing destination on the island is Agia Pelegia, a small coastal village located just 20 kilometers west of Heraklion.
Agia Pelegia is known as a tranquil and quaint village. The seaside destination has been destroyed and washed into the sea at least two times in history. The first time it is believed that the seismic sea wave from the earthquake that created Santorini washed the village into the sea!

However, in 1965, two men showed up and offered the locals 5,000 drachmas for 1,000 square meters of land – approximately 17 euros today! And thus began the development of Agia Pelegia as a popular tourist and resort village.

They are designed for both family vacations and couples looking for a romantic trip for two. The residences boast two pools, a poolside snack bar, private terraces or balconies, luxurious king-size beds, fully functional kitchen as well as free WiFi and air conditioning.

All SeaScape Luxury Residences can accommodate up to four people and welcome children of any age.
