Police arrested a 46-year-old man in Limassol on Wednesday suspected of attacking another man who is now in serious condition in hospital.
The second man, 38, a resident of Limassol, was found injured in the parking place of an apartment block at 3.45pm.
At Limassol hospital he was diagnosed with head injuries. Doctors said he is in serious condition but his injuries are not life threatening.
Police investigations concluded he was attacked and evidence points to the involvement of the 46-year-old who was arrested.
