A 41 year old male nurse who was remanded in custody for two days in connection with the abduction of two 11 year boys from their Larnaca primary school on Tuesday, was released from custody on Monday/
Police are expected to send the file of their investigation to the attorney general for further instructions, Philenews reported.
The nurse is reported to have been named by the 35 year old in police custody for the children’s kidnapping as the person who supplied him with sleeping pills. These require a prescription and are dispensed only by state hospitals.
