A nine year old Limassol primary school pupil has told police that his teacher assaulted him, philenews reports.
It said the boy went to the police station accompanied by his grandfather to report the alleged incident.
According to the child’s allegations, the teacher told him off and when the boy responded, the teacher moved threateningly towards him. In order to avoid the teacher, the boy moved back and hurt himself.
Philenews said the boy is making a statement to police and is then expected to be examined by a medical examiner.
