BoC announcement on collapse of Thomas Cook

Bank of Cyprus would like to inform its customers the following, regarding the closure of Thomas Cook and all the companies in the group, including Thomas Cook Airlines:

• Customers should first refer to the Thomas Cook website https://thomascook.caa.co.uk for further information and to arrange their ticket and travel packages.
• In case customers are not provided with a solution, they should refer to the Bank of Cyprus site bankofcyprus.com, or contact 1Bank at 800 00 80 or +357 22 12 8000 (if calling from abroad) or the Bank’s branches.
