An employee of the electricity authority reportedly fell to his death on Monday morning.
According to early reports he died at 8.30am when he fell from an aerial lift while pruning trees in Larnaca’s K-Cineplex area.
The victim is said to be a man around 40 years old.
Spokeswoman of the electricity authority Christina Papadopoulou told Sigmalive that officials of the EAC rushed to the scene of the accident and the labour inspection department was informed immediately.
